Fails HTML 5 validation

    The W3 validator lists the following error for this plugin:

    Bad value mailto:?Subject=A Recent Comments widget for a private blog&Body=%20http://crosswebideas.com/how-to-recent-comments-widget-private-blog.html?w3tc_note=flush_all for attribute href on element a: Illegal character in query: not a URL code point.

    I’ve fixed all the other validation errors in the plugin code, could you give some input on this one please as I’m stumped?
