Fails to control Elementor

    There is no option to hide the Elementor Overview on the Dashboard.

    The Admin Menu section recognises that Elementor is installed, but switching that section off does not hide it. I then tried hiding all the Elementor sub-items: that worked, but the top level item was still there are allowed the user to click through to the Templates section.
