Hi suportgc,
Just to let you know/keep you updated, I’m working on this at the moment. I’m trying to find a fix but it’s more complicated than I expected… hopefully I will find a fix soon.
Regards,
Tom
Hi suportgc,
This should now be fixed in the development version. If you need the fix urgently, you can download the development version of MMM here (under Other Versions). Otherwise you should see it is fixed in 2.3.1 once it is released. I don’t have a release date for that yet, probably in the next 2-3 weeks.
Regards,
Tom
Hello Tom, good morning.
Thanks for the feedback, you’re amazing.
Could you tell me how I can update the plugin with this you told me?
I copy the files by replacing the current or should I install?
I would not want to lose my current settings.
To install the dev version:
1. Download the development version zip file (under Other Versions): https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/megamenu/developers/
2. Go to your Plugins page and deactivate and delete Max Mega Menu (your settings will not be removed)
3. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload plugin and select the development version zip file.
After installation, go to Mega Menu > Tools and clear the CSS cache.
You will also need to clear your browser cache for this change.
If anything goes wrong, you can roll back to v2.3 by deleting Max Mega Menu (again you will not lose your settings), then go to Plugins > Add New > Search for Max Mega Menu.
Regards,
Tom
Hello Tom.
Realized the new facility and informed procedures (clear cache CSS and browser), however, the error remains.
Following is the url of prints and a gif

Hello Tom.
A thousand apologies.
I believe my server kept the cache, locking the update.
The adjustment was successful.
Thanks for the great work.
Just one final question.
When you exit the update, my system will also update?
Even though developer mode?
