Impossible, this is not normal. Because yet not published to visitors. But it hosted to the internet & checked. Anyway this site is a radio streaming site, so I need to allow guests to dedicate songs via the chat room. But this fake participants with Fake Names not need to me. So how can I stop them without stopping the guests. (other-way, this will fill up the database slowly). Althoug I need to tell you, your product is superb. So I like to use it forward. Thanks!
That is guests and to disable that you need to disable guests access. Not sure which response do you want to receive, when you are asking how to disable guests without disabling guests access.
They also does not impact your website performance as information about guests stored in dedicated table.
Here look at the image below. I can 100% guarantee these all are fakes. So from where these Fake names generating? From your script? So I’m asking, I need to stop these FAKEs only, not real guests.
This random name is automatically generating by plugin when someone join to chat as guest, but did not provided the name. Probably you have auto join to chat enabled?
