    Hello!
I´ve setup sending E-Mails by Office 365 and everything worked fine for a month. Now, without any changes no email are being send aund the Email-Test displays “Unauthorized”. So I set up a Fallback Connection on a simple SMTP-Account. I tested this as the default connection – works fine. But as fallback connection no email is beeing sent. I expected the fallback connection would be automaticaly used when the default connection does not work for any reason.

Do you have any idea what´s wrong?

    Best regards,
    Jean

    Hello @deeluuxe,

To help us understand the situation better and provide a more accurate solution, could you please provide a little more context and details about the steps you took? Specifically, it would be helpful to know:

    • When was the fallback connection added? Was it added before or after you started experiencing issues with the Office 365 connection?
    • What settings were selected for the fallback connection? Knowing the exact settings will help me identify any potential misconfigurations.
    • Could you provide any screenshots or screen recordings? Visual resources of your FluentSMTP settings, the connection test results (both successful and unsuccessful), and any error messages you might be encountering would be extremely helpful.

Essentially, knowing the order of events and the settings you’ve configured will help me determine if the fallback was triggered correctly, if the settings on the fallback connection are accurate, and if there might be any underlying issues preventing the fallback from working.

Looking forward to assisting you further!
