Fallback image for [post_thumbnail]

    Hello, great plugin!

    Could it be possible to implement a way of assigning a fallback image to the shortcode [post_thumbnail] in case the post doesn’t have one?

    There is such a feature but for [post_image] and the fallback is for the featured image itself so it won’t help in my case.

    And I’d like also to suggest the ability to run shortcodes not from W4PL within the template. That would make it so powerful… 😉

    Maybe even better, the ability to fallback to first post image if no featured image!

    Many times one would want THE featured image to be visible -if there’s any- and then have the post content’s image as fallback…

    Same as the post_image fallback but the other way around 😉
