I’ve been getting false reports on all of my links on two different blogs for MONTHS. It appears this plugin is broken and nobody is fixing it. It’s worthless, which is crazy…I used to love this plugin…you would think it would improve over time, not get worse!

This issue may arise for various reasons, but it is typically linked to the firewall settings of the destination link. In many cases, the server’s firewall might be blocking the Broken Link Checker bot, preventing it from verifying the link, which could result in an error being displayed.
Can you please let us know the error code BLC is showing? And the version you are using, the local version codes are different than the cloud version.
