    hi guys,

just wanted to let you know: we definitely had multiple false positives since we’ve installed wp-armour 2 weeks ago on a contact form 7. customers were reaching out to my client that they got no response after sending the form. my customer got NO emails.

thus, as long as there is no option to see what has been judged as spam in the FREE version, wp-armour is useless unfortunately.

    cheers
    frank

    Hi Frank,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience.

I’m sorry to hear about the false positives you’ve encountered. We understand how important it is to ensure legitimate submissions aren’t caught in the spam filter. In the free version of WP Armour, we don’t currently offer a way to view flagged spam, but this feature is available in the extended version.

Could you please send me your website URL so I can check it from my end and help resolve the issue?

    Cheers,
    Dinesh

    hi dinesh,

thanks for the info, all known to me. we already uninstalled wp-armour. using altcha now plus cf7db. false positves on the most essential part of any business website is unfortunately an absolute no go – in any plugin. you really should see what has been blocked in the free version. any extra else is ok if offered only in paid version.
