False positives for spam

We are seeing increasingly amounts of false positive spam reports on our form. Genuine leads are being missed and we cannot understand why. Probably 2 in 10 of spam captured by CleanTalk are actually spam, the other 8 are genuine leads that we wish to be sent to SalesForce.
Equally, when we click not spam, what happens to the information? Is it submitted again, and therefore is redirected and inserted to SalesForce or is it simply just marked as not spam?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
