Hi @herby07
Sorry for the inconvenience.
As a first step, could you make sure the IP for the crawler and the User Agent are whitelisted in the site? Add this information to any security plugin you are using and also ask your hosting support team if this information can be included on their end. Find more information about the IP and User Agent in this link:
https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/broken-link-checker/#troubleshooting-notes
If the recommended action from above doesn’t make any difference, could you help us with some additional information about the broken link error codes you are getting? You can share a screenshot of the errors from the HUB, so we can perform a further check.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Luis
Had the same problem. Deactivating the plugin and saving the permalinks (without changing anything) helped.
But now I’m not sure if I could activate the pluginn again without problems, @wpmudev-support7 .

Hi @borisj
Activating the plugin shouldn’t break anything and “reporting links as broken” doesn’t mean that plugin actually broke links.
If it did break them for you or after enabling plugin again something goes wrong for you, please start a separate topic of your own, as per this forum guidelines:

Kind regards,
