A visitor reported “I can’t visit your site anymore because your ‘Antispam by CleanTalk’ plugin falsely has marked” his address as spam. After looking through my logs on my CleanTalk dashboard (as suggested in previous forum topic) I can’t see where his domain is listed anywhere. What would be my next step?

    Hello.
I looked through your Anti-Spam logs and found only one blocked request. I hope it was not your visitor, because it was definitely spam.
But can we talk about the Anti-Crawler option that can block by IP? If so, please, disable it in Anti-Spam settings:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> uncheck the Anti-Crawler —> Save Changes. It will not affect the webform protection.

I will do that, Kate, and let him try again – thank you so much for your prompt response!

    You are always welcome, @chiachatter!
    Kind regards.
