We have no idea. But a link to the source of the plugin, another link to your site… and a more meaningful description of the “can’t get to work” – would help you to get an answer.
What are you doing wrong? Not giving full description of your problem, not giving links and expecting some miracle to solve your problem 🙂

in your template, you replace the call to the_content() but a call to the_excerpt()
So this plugin doesn’t work for RSS feeds?
i’m using this plugin and it works pretty well… except i think is nice show also images with the first part of the post
