May I ask what you meant by “fancybox”? Did you mean the Quick View popup has been disabled on your site?
I checked and found that the Quick View popup could still be opened properly: https://prnt.sc/4kj-LqcVmy-w.
If you meant the product image gallery has not been displayed, maybe our plugin is not compatible with the theme or template or the external gallery plugin on your site.
Unfortunately, we do not have any technical support agent here to help you with that. You can kindly consider changing the gallery plugin or the theme/ template on your site.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I meant th lightbox feature which was active earlier.
I am talking about the lightbox that opens up when you click on images in the quick view pop up.

I have received a response from our developers today that the fancybox (previously Lightbox) feature has been temporarily disabled in our plugin because of some security risks. Our developers didn’t confirm when this will be enabled again.
If you are using the Premium version of this plugin, you can contact our Support Forum at https://wpc.ticksy.com/ and request custom snippets to enable this only for your site at the moment.
