<p>This is my new 3 star review:</p>
<p>I am adding to my previous 5 start review to explain why I have downgraded it to 3 stars.</p>

<p>I used to think this was the most amazing plugin ever, and the plugin author went way above and beyond.  However, it seems ever since the Pro version was in the works and then came out, more people are visibly involved with the plugin and plugin updates are rolled out with errors and arent fixed for some time. I have had this experience with this plugin twice in the last year.</p>

<p>I am beginning to be scared to update it as it seems updates are rolled out without sufficient testing and from reading the support forum, a lot of support requests are just being ignored.</p>

<p>Questions in this plugins forum used to be answered promptly and there werent many unresolved support questions.  Now I see many unresolved and ignored support questions.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I went to their facebook page to try and get support for an error in their plugin – and I was harassed by some troll and also ignored by the admins after they told me they would give me temporary code to fix the issue – and then just didnt. I ended up removing myself from that facebook group.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Its too bad – I am hoping the support will return to its previous – “above excellent” status.</p>
