FAQ about Tab “Plugin Emails”?

    Is there a FAQ what happens when i tick / untick those checkboxes? What happens then?

    i am asking because “Overwrite sender” seems to be the same setting like in “Sender” Tab?! And when ticking “hide header” it still appears in the email message. So what are the action in detail please?

    Hey @nicmare

    “Overwrite sender” should do the same as the tab “Sender” but you can decide for each plugin sending emails. In your case all emails sent by formidable forms.
    If you use more plugins sending emails (e.g. a forms plugin, a shop plugin, …) you can decide one by one.

    “hide header” also applies only to formidable forms notification in this screenshot.

    Yes more or less. Thank you Hannes. When it comes to header and footer i still have questions. I checked “disable header” but the WP HTML Mail header (the one with logo image and title) was still delivered in the email sent by formidable. Or which header is meant here?

    Hello @nicmare,

    the option, “Hide Header”, should hide the header of HTML Mail. There might be an issue with the plugin, maybe caused by an update. We will take a look at it and let you know of our findings.
