How can I know if it is a theme or plug-in issue?
When I deactivate e-commerce, FAQ starts working again.
In addition to FAQ not working, the slides for the home page do not work either. It remains static on the first slide. This also starts working when WP e-cmmerce is deactivated.
Sounds like you need to ask the developer of your theme – see above.
