    Hi there,

    I just bought the Ultimate FAQ plugin and I have a problem using the FAQ page.

    The category are Ok but when I roll out a FAQ, I cannot see the content. When I use the direct link, it works fine.

    Is there anything to do to activate the content ?

  • Hi Vincent,

    It sounds like something may have gotten corrupted in the plugin, so the best way to fix this would be to:
    1) Deactivate UFAQ
    2) Delete it from the plugin list
    3) Then reinstall it

    I just tried to reinstall the plugin but i doesn’t work. I tried with another theme … same. I use a multisites WordPress installation. Do you think the problem could come from that ?

    It seems like you are using two shortcodes for search and then to display the questions. Although this should not affect the issue that you are facing but could you still try using the following shortcode:

    [ultimate-faq-search show_on_load='Yes']
    

    Also, This could be due to a conflict with another plugin.Could you test this by deactivating all the other plugins and then see if it works fine? If it does, you can activate your plugins one by one and check after activating each plugin to find out which plugin is conflicting with uFAQ.
