That’s easy – when using the free plugin please create a new post in the support forum right away.
Simply Static Pro customers, please contact us through our website, as shown here.

Please give us at least a week before asking for an update in the free support forum – pro customers can expect a reply within 24 hours, except weekends (or you have the priority support or running on Static Studio).
