I’m trying out the premium version and have created all my FAQ’s. I have them loaded as a shortcode on this site: https://retreat.lovenotions.com/. However, if I link the site from Facebook and a user clicks through from FB, the FAQ don’t expand properly. They open up a blank page that’s not styled correctly.

Hi Tamim,

Can you send us an example of the link you’re adding to Facebook posts?

Also, if you want it to display a specific opened FAQ, you can try with links like this one:
https://retreat.lovenotions.com/?Display_FAQ=230

(230 is the FAQ ID, which can be found if you edit a FAQ)
