    For ordering faqs I use Intuitive Custom Post Order
    When I edit Elementor Helpie FAQ Element order is good
    When I see FAQ elements in “view records” (/helpie_faq/) order is good.

    But when I see page order is bad.

    How can I use the “natural faqs order”?

    Hi,

    As of now, our sorting works by ‘Alphabetical’, ‘publish date’ and ‘updated date’ only.

    We have to give an option for “Menu order” for this to work.

    We will include it in our coming release.

    We have given a new option for “Menu order” in out latest release.

    Can you please update the plugin to our latest version and check it?

    All OK.

    But may be not in this theme: permanent 400 error on ‘helpie_faq_submission_get_logged_email’

    I don’t find any code for this ajax request.

    Hi,

    We are already aware of this error. It is in our backlog already.

    But this should not affect anything in your site. Does this affect the “menu_order” option for you?

    No. It does not affect, but if you use wpcerber mass 400 or 404 errors causes client blocking.
