FAQ Orders/Sequence

    For some odd reason, the sequence and order of the FAQs when the page is published does not follow the right order/positioning as defined when making the page. We have the questions positioned in a certain order, but when publish, the order is not what it should be. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    Are you using a plugin to generate this FAQ, or are you just editing a regular WordPress page? It’s difficult to point to something specific when you have given us so little information. Can you provide a link to the page in question?

    Thanks for your speedy reply.

    To answer your question, I’m just editing a regular WordPress page. I asked my backend developer to look at this problem, but he was unable to figure it out. The link to the page is here. Please look under “How to make an appointment using Denteractive”. The first question “What is the Video Call tab in the dentist profile?” should be in position 9 and not 1.

    The way we set the order of the questions places “What is the Video Call tab in the dentist profile?” in position 9 out of 10. Too bad I can’t attached the screen captures.
