    Hey all,

I have created several questions, but can’t see them on the overview page “FAQs” and therefore cannot edit them. At the top it says that I have 10 questions, but in the list view it says “Nothing Found”.

If I embed the questions on a page using a short code, they are displayed without any problems.

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you for your answer.

The link of the page is: magazine.workgenius.com
But the problem is in the backend, where I cannot see my created FAQs on the overview page. Please find a screenshot here: https://ibb.co/KWtB8YQ

    Hi biancascholtz,

    1) Can you try logging in using another browser (or on another computer)? This is so we can rule out a possible browser add-on conflict (i.e. an ad blocker hiding the items)

    2) If #1 doesn’t work, could you then try temporarily disabling your other WordPress plugins and seeing if the FAQ list appears then? If it does, then try reenabling the plugins one by one to see what’s causing the conflict.
