FAQ post not published (sort of)

Hi – thanks for your plugin

But I’m having problems troubleshooting this:

I created a couple of FAQs – published them – but clicking to view the ‘post’ gets 404 page not found. and the page I added the [ultimate-faqs] didn’t show them…

so… I clear caches –

the FAQ appear on the master page, but clicking the ‘permalink’ goes to
https://mywebsite.com/faq/?Display_FAQ=18911 – but that is the master page not an individual post page (ie a link is prompting people to return to the same place as they already are)

if I go to Ultimate FAQ dashboard I see list of FAQ I created, but if click ‘view’ I get 404 page not found at https://mywebsite.com/ufaqs/myquestion/

this is a WP multisite with Ultimate FAQ activated per site

I have WP Cron disabled (The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled. cpanel twice an hour instead, no Faq related cron jobs shown pending)

Beaver Builder Theme and Page Builder (builder not used on FAQ page)

no error messages in Chrome Developer Tools or shown in Admin Query Monitor

I’m not sure where to even look for problems and really don’t want to disable and enable all other plugins to find what’s going on.
