    FAQs are not displayed.In most of our sites using this plugin is not dosplaying the faqs i fail to understand. earlier it used to display faqs

    Hi @saarika444 ,
    when you’re using shortcodes please check the shortcode if the variable “html” is present.

    If html=”false” then there is no visible output, only the JSON in the source code.

    Set or insert html=”true” in the shortcode when you want to see the FAQ in the frontend.

    hi i used your plugin for several month on my site. everything was good until last weeks. suddenly FAQ not showing on search results and i don’t know why!
    i check the pages with rich results test and everything is good. can you help me, what i must to do to fix this issue?

    Hi @alikarimirazakani ,

    there is nothing wrong with the plugin or the code. Google decides if and when it shows your FAQ in the search results.
