    Hello! When ” fast download “-the file is displayed on the preview”protected-file-thumbnail”. How can it be replaced with the original image?

    Hello,

    If you mean a “Protected File” thumbnail is displayed in the Media, then yes that is normal. WordPress auto-generates a thumbnail, but since our files are in a protected folder, WordPress cannot access details of the file which results in 404 error. To fix this, we use our own thumbnail.
