FAST response; fixed two problems

    I got an error message when I tried to updated the plugin
    Update Failed: Plugin update failed. » Plugin update failed.

    Requested help & the answer is:

    The original install was with new.Bluegrassusa.net & that was moved to http://www.bluegrassusa.net. They deactivated the plugin since I no longer had access to the NEW site. I then disabled/activated & was good to go.

    Fixed in less than a day. AWESOME
