    When I first installed the plugin, my initial backup attempt failed. I emailed the developers who responded within minutes on a weekday evening. They sent me a link to the latest version, with instructions for uploading it and activating the logging feature so they could track what I was doing. I did as instructed and it worked as promised with no hitches. It was quick and painless.
