On my webpage, I want to add a text line like, “Click here to receive free download”, then when they click it opens up the contact fields for them to fill out. I see how to insert the code into my page but then but it shows all the fields.

So you want to create a kind of drop down menu that opens up into a contact form when they click on “Click here to receive free download”. If this is the case then your best bet is to ask in the General section of this forum. This is more a development question.
