Faster Category management

Wondering if anyone can point out a plug in or method wherein I can set a category for the same post I just created.

I cannnot use duplicate or clone post because the owner won’t allow it, but am looking for alternatives as this gig requires speed and setting the categories time is eventually lowering my posting fequencies overall.
