That’s very unusual. Could you please delete the plugin files via FTP and see if the problem is gone then?

I have tried that. It does not solve the problem. There must be a corrupted file in the database. Any suggestion?

I left the page while it was updating this plugin which was updating “forever”, just loading and loading. After that the database crashed.
This doesn’t sound like an issue caused by our plugin. There must be some other things going on on your site.

Hello again. Seems that it was an odd coincidence and has nothing to do with this plugin. Sorry about that. It got fixed.
If you are getting a 500 Internal Server error, you should contact your shared hosting service provider. It could either be a misalignment in server files (which might be caused due to outdated PHP version) or maybe a memory issue (in that case, only they can fix it for you).
