Fatal Error

    Hi,

    I kinda new to wordpress. I installed EasyTable and when I clicked to activate it, I was redirected to a blank page with this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function shortcode_exists() in /homepages/25/d235359763/htdocs/cepsi/wp-content/plugins/easy-table/easy-table.php on line 80

    (I’m assuming that the version that the website has of wordpress is old and is ‘incompatible’ with the plugin)

    I can no longer login to the website (http://cepsi-cipss.ca/en/cipss/), nor can i even see the website.

    Please help!

    Hi,
    do you have access to FTP or cPanel?
    you can upgrade you WordPress there, manually.
