Fatal Error

My website came up as a blank white screen this morning, and then later this error message was displayed:

I originally tried deleting the regenerate-thumbnails plug-in via FTP, but no change. I placed it back in the plug-in folder and realized that the file it’s looking for “wp-sub-kernel.php” doesn’t even exist in the plug-in folder.

I also tried commenting out the line 238 in the cache.php file, but that didn’t change anything either.

Help and advice anyone?
