Hi!
can you try switching a theme (or changing name of current theme via ftp – works same way)?
if it helps – check if your theme contains “jigoshop” directory. It may be the case that it contains outdated files with wrong usage of core functions.
if it doesn’t – check same with all jigoshop plugins you have enabled.

Hi,
I’ve tried switching to another theme deleting and reinstalling the plugin but it still comes up with the same error once the plugin is enabled.
In my custom theme there is a jigoshop folder in which I’ve tried renaming to disable but still gives the same error when the plugin is activated.
The only 2 plugins I have installed from jigoshop is Jigoshop itself and the pdf invoice plugin – both has been disabled already.

You switched themes temporarily, but was it a WordPress Default like Twenty Twelve?
@xnekox,
Is your issue solved? I don’t see any reason for this behaviour on your site although it is something messed with adding items to cart – product is not properly added causing this issue. Unfortunately without full access to FTP and admin account I’m unable to debug. If your issue persists – could you send your details to support[at]jigoshop.com?

Hi Michael and Amadeusz,
I have tried and switched the theme to the Twenty Fourteen default template but once I enable the plugin the whole site doesn’t work again.
I will send you guys the details. I have temporarily put the site offline per the clients request.
Thanks
