Fatal error

Hello everybody,

When sometimes manipulating various things in the WP dashboard and clicking for example update/save whatever I was modifying, i get the following error which is quite worrying:

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 301681 bytes) in /home3/afinidac/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 478”

Is there anything I could do? Has it got something to do with my hosting server…if-so what are the steps I should take to solve this issue?
