Hey there,

I installed this plugin and encountered the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /home/u230658498/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-gzip-compression/ezgz.php on line 35

Also, I looked into tools section and found the following:
Oops! Something went wrong 🙁 It could be that you are on a local development environment, or that we couldn’t contact checkgzipcompression.com

Hi Ron,

I think you are confused with another plugin. The file you reference to is from https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wordpress-gzip-compression/

Could it be that you use that plugin?

Am sorry for the confusion. I actually enabled the compression by inserting some code manually in .htaccess file on the sever.
