Fatal Error

Hello,

I am trying to activate this plugin but I get this error when I try to activate:

Fatal error: Class ‘VP_FileSystem’ not found in /home/ancien03/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-hover-effects/framework/bootstrap.php on line 24

Please advise me on what to do to fix this issue.
