@bjornwebdesign Thanks for the notice! I have corrected the issue… it was a php 7 call causing the issue. Very sorry for the troubles. As a side note any wordpress sites you have that are not running at least php 7.0 or greater… they could be running much faster and more secure since previous php versions have been known to be troublesome. I know some hosts are hesitant to upgrade or give you the option but you should push them to give you the option especially if you are paying a monthly fee or your clients are.
Hi slickremix,
Thanks for your fast reply!
I manage a dedicated server with 200+ WP sites, and we’re actually in the process of switching all sites to PHP 7 :).
First we needed to make sure all was up to date.
Oh wow you are a busy man! Truly sorry for the hiccup and awesome on switching to php 7 too. Let me know if you have any other troubles with the latest update. Have a great Sunday!
Spencer
I’m having this issue, but the cpanel is showing php v5.4.45
Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/feed-them-social/includes/feed-them-functions.php on line 157
Please start a new thread and include the report from the System Info page of our plugin if you can or let me know what version of the plugin you are using.
