    Hi
    I activate this plugin on an RTL website and the plugin does not work
    after I click on Download Pdf it shows this error:

    Hello @aliemami,

    Your error message tells you what the problem is.

    ‘File is encrypted!’

    You cannot manipulate encrypted PDF files. Naturally, WaterWoo can only process unencrypted/unlocked PDF files. I am sorry for the delay in responding to your question and hope you’ve got it sorted out! Thank you.

    Hello,
    In fact it was impossible to load files because of the htaccess in woocommerce_uploads. Since I could again download the files after the command. Only when I use waterwoo it displays:
