This is caused by the fact that you are using PHP 5.2 which is a pretty old version of PHP… it is no longer maintained and is considered insecure since it stopped getting security updates years ago.
I would advise you to migrate your server to a newer PHP version, preferable 7.0+.
Until that happens, I just released v3.0.35.1 of the plugin which should be compatible with your PHP version.

If you have cPanel you can ddo the same thing from there.
A simpler solution would be to login via FTP or using the file-explorer from cPanel, delete the plugin, then login to your site’s dashboard and install the latest version that has the fix.
If for some reason you find that the latest version doesn’t work for you, you can always just install a previous version so that your site gets back up by downloading the version you want using the dropdown at the bottom of this page https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/kirki/advanced/
