    This plugin triggered a fatal error when I attempted to activate it:

    Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/kthulah/public_html/zindoki.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-manager/includes/functions.php on line 554

    Hi there,

    Instead of leaving a 1 star review, you could have just left a message or searched through the support forum where other users had the same issue.

    The issue is caused by your host running an outdated PHP version. As specified in the requirements list here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-user-manager/ your host must run at least PHP 5.5+.
