Fatal Error

    Hello,

    I tryed to install this plugin on two sites.

    Every time it gives me fatal error http://prntscr.com/otjyi7

    Hi,

    eLearnCommerce is a premium plugin that we have not worked with so there may be some compatibility issues with it. I can’t say for sure.

    Did you enable the log file? And if so, were there any error messages reported. The error message says emails were sent to the administrator. What were the contents of those emails.

    Hello,

    So it seems i found the rror:

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class ActiveCampaign, because the name is already in use in /home1/melinte/ivanandreea.ro/wp-content/plugins/es-woocommerce-activecampaign/includes/ActiveCampaign.class.php on line 113

    This is in conflict with eLearnCommerce – Active Campaign Integration 1.3

    Can you make it compatible? Or can you tell me what to write to them if it is on theirs side?

    We need this plugin also because it puts tags when people acces a course so we know wich course/leson they watch.

    It seems that the problem is not solved.

    We still have fatal error:

    Detalii eroare ============== A apărut o eroare de tipul E_COMPILE_ERROR pe linia 25 a fișierului /home/florinalexandru/public_html/wp-content/plugins/es-woocommerce-activecampaign/includes/exceptions/RequestException.php. Mesaj eroare: Cannot declare class RequestException, because the name is already in use

    Hi, your support page doesnt work. i click contact support and doesnt work.

    I see you made an update, the fatal eror is still there.

    The new message is E_COMPILE_ERROR pe linia 5 a fișierului /home/florinalexandru/public_html/wp-content/plugins/es-woocommerce-activecampaign/includes/Connector.class.php. Mesaj eroare: Cannot declare class AC_Connector, because the name is already in use

    We thought we could just rename the high level classes but I guess that is not working. We’ll address the issue with the next release but I can’t say when that will be.

    Let us know if the latest release fixed the conflict you were having with eLearnCommerce – Active Campaign Integration 1.3.
