Hi, there. Can you please cross-check whether EA Plugins are up-to-date or not? For Free version, make sure it’s 4.3.0 and for PRO, it’s 4.2.0.

problem solved I updated my php from 5.6 to 7.4 version then worked properly.

Haven’t started debugging yet, but I also am experiencing this error since updating this morning.

Fatal error: Cannot use Essential_Addons_Elementor\Classes\Helper as Helper because the name is already in use in /home2/snachodo/public_html/sandradogiakos/wp-content/plugins/essential-addons-for-elementor-lite/includes/Traits/Generator.php on line 9

I renamed the essential-addons-for-elementor-lite to essential-addons-for-elementor-lite_debug via FTP and that allowed me to access my WP backend again.

Install the plugins and then activate after activated i cant access the website even the backend and i have no access in cpanel

Hey @cie06

WordPress now doesn’t block the backend even if you face a fatal error unless you are using old WordPress installation. However, do you have FTP access? Can you kindly send a ticket to our support email so we can assist better?

You can delete your existing free version of Essential Addons and try to install this one: https://github.com/WPDevelopers/essential-addons-for-elementor-lite/releases/download/4.3.1-beta/essential-addons-for-elementor-lite.zip
