I experienced the same error, which caused my homepage to display as a white screen with only the header visible.
To resolve this, I rolled the plugin back to the previous working version. Unfortunately, doing so resulted in the loss of all pricing data across my pricing zones.
I do have Updraft backups in place and attempted a restore, but the pricing data does not appear to have been included in the backup.
I currently have around 800 products, each with four pricing variations, so re-entering this data manually would be extremely time-consuming. Is there any way this pricing data can be recovered?
For future updates, it would be extremely helpful if the plugin included its own backup or safeguard for pricing data.
Unfortunately, this update issue has created a significant amount of additional work, and I had assumed my backup would cover this data, which sadly wasn’t the case.

I am very sorry for the issues caused by the recent update. We released a patch (version 4.2.1) less than two hours after the launch of version 4.2.0 to minimize the impact and protect as many users as possible.
Regarding the missing data, it is likely that the backup you restored did not include the plugin’s configuration and data. To resolve this, you can restore a backup from yesterday (or a date when you are certain the data was intact). Immediately after restoring the backup, update the plugin directly to version 4.2.1.
