    Hi, we are experiencing this error when generating invoice. THis happen only sometimes.

    Hi @zixtro,

    Are you using a custom template? If yes, do you ever get this error when using the default “Simple” template? I would test on such an order.

    Hi @zixtro

    This error happens when you have malformatted HTML in the PDF. Perhaps something (other plugin or a custom function) is injecting HTML to your PDF?
