Which version are you upgrading from and which version to? We haven’t managed to recreate this one thus far.

Please edit to remove those credentials and never share credentials publicly, even if for just apache locks. Still ALWAYS best to communicate these types of details privately.
By any chance would you know how to access your WordPress install’s server via SFTP or similar? I’m curious what is being listed in the folder of the copy you’re ending up running. I’m still not managing to recreate and the latest versions of our plugins don’t appear to have that CTCTOfficialSplClassLoader.php file and we can’t find references to it in other parts of the codebase.
We can provide an email address to send the zip file to if you’re able to download the copy from the server, so we can inspect that.

Still not managing to recreate thus far, but based on the errors and file paths, we’re hoping that this may still provide a solution.
