Thanks for your patience. We have investigated the issue thoroughly and from our understanding this error shows up when we are not saving ReviewX-related configuration properly.
So I would like to request you to click the save button after configured every steps of WC quick settings.
I hope this issue will be fixed if it still persists please contact our dedicated support team.
