    I was playing around with new plugins and re-entered my web site
    only to see this message

    Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /home/daniel/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-members/bp-members-notifications.php on line 76

    i don’t know what do.. please could someone please give me some advice, i’d be greatly appreciated.

    FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/buddypress folder

    so delete all the wp related stuff from where i’m hosting and create a new one from scratch ?

    thank you for your assistance
    so i’ll need to contact host gator (server) to access
    and delete the wp-content/plugins/buddypress folders?

    will i need to rebuild them sections of the site again

    If you don’t have access to FTP yourself, yes.

    Assuming you mean after you install & activate a fresh copy of BuddyPress, I don’t think so but you might want to check on this via the BuddyPress forums: http://buddypress.org/
