Our website has ran into a fatal error involving an undefined function (wpml_is_rest_request()) a few days ago that prevents it from loading, I can’t even access the dashboard. Noone has made any changes to the website recently and I don’t remember it running into issues. I myself unfortunately have a limited access to it and can only change it through the dashboard, as the website has been made by another company long before I joined. Is there anything I can do about this?

    Hey @bluespark25!

We’re here to assist you with issues related to the Jetpack plugin. However, based on the error message, it seems the problem is actually associated with the Jet Engine plugin, which is different plugin from our Jetpack plugin.

I myself unfortunately have a limited access to it and can only change it through the dashboard, as the website has been made by another company long before I joined.

You can either contact the Jet Engine plugin support team or reach out to your hosting provider for assistance. Since you mentioned having limited access, I’m not sure if you’re able to use your hosting provider’s support channels. It might be helpful to check with someone who has full access to the site—they should be able to do this step.
