Got an email that my website was experiencing a “technical issue” and found that it was completely inaccessible. I regained access and am slowing reactivating plugins. It will not let me activate RTMKit Addons for Elementor due to a “fatal error”. I can also not activate RTMForm Builder for Elementor until RTMKit Addons is activated. Website went down the day of the most recent update. I tried regenerating the CSS but that did not help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

The “fatal error” you experienced was caused by our latest plugin not supporting PHP 7.4 after WordPress announced performance and security issues with it. To continue using RTMKit version 1.6.2 and PRO version 1.0.5, please update your hosting, typically through cPanel, Plesk, or another hosting panel, or by contacting your hosting support directly to PHP 8.2 or later for proper and secure functionality, as recommended by WordPress. You can contact your hosting support team for assistance with this upgrade.

    Regards,

Dear Yahdi / RTM Support Team,

I would like to ask you a favor.

I searched so many wp templates for my need, but after months I found my Number one. It is “Goodmov”.

My server hosting was buyed by another hosting company and they can’t update my PHP version from 7.4.

I really-really need a previous version of RTMKit what works on php7.4.

PLEASE help me, you can contact me: [email protected]

Thank you for understanding and help! 🙂

    Best,
    Peter
