Hello, it appears I am having an error on my site after attempting to activate the theme “IDStore”.

Here’s the error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Woothemes_Testimonials in /home/content/77/9590177/html/leafpc/wp-content/themes/idstore22/idstore/code/testimonials/classes/class-woothemes-testimonials.php on line 15

How do I fix this? If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel to deactivate or delete that theme – if you don’t have that set up yet, ask your hosting company for help with it.

Then find the themes folder:
```
wp-content
     themes
        idstore22 - DELETE THIS FOLDER
```

How do I correctly activate this theme then? It’s the theme I’d like to use for my site but it’s giving me an error.

You’ll have to ask whoever you got the the theme from – these forums only support themes from here:

http://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/

Looks like that’s a commercial theme and we have no way to help with those, sorry.
